Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser, remember preferences, and keep you signed in between visits. TryNote uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) to operate the service securely and reliably.
Some cookies on TryNote are set by third-party service providers we use to operate the platform. Each provider has its own privacy and cookie policy.
Firebase sets session cookies to manage your login state and to protect against unauthorised access. Google processes data on servers that may be located outside your country. Data transfers from the EEA are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Privacy Policy →Vercel hosts and serves TryNote. It may log request metadata (IP address, browser headers) for security, performance, and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period.
Vercel Privacy Policy →You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies at any time. Be aware that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features of TryNote.
Instructions for common browsers:
EU users: if we add non-essential cookies in the future, we will present a cookie consent banner and allow granular opt-in before those cookies are set.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies or services. We will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify users via the platform or email. Continuing to use TryNote after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
