TryNote User Agreement

Effective April 22, 2026 · trynote.to

TryNote powers online communities for AI, software, and technology. This User Agreement, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy work together to keep the product safe and fair.

1. Acceptance

By using TryNote, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (e.g. 13+ in many regions). If you use TryNote for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. One person or entity should not operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate the feed. We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules or the law.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post it and that it complies with the Rules and applicable law.

4. License to TryNote

When you post publicly, you grant TryNote a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content in order to operate, secure, and improve the service (including format adjustments such as thumbnails). This license ends when you delete content, except where we must retain a copy for legal or safety reasons, or where copies were made by other users.

AI training: We do not license your content to third parties to train generative models without a clear, separate opt-in. If that ever changes, we will announce it clearly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law, the Rules, or others’ rights — including by distributing malware, scraping at scale without permission, manipulating boosts or comments, or impersonating others.

6. Moderation

We may use automated and human review. We may remove content, limit features, or remove accounts for violations, with or without prior notice depending on risk. We aim to make appeals available for good-faith mistakes; use Help to describe your case with links.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TryNote disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for third-party content; verify important claims, benchmarks, and purchase decisions yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted, TryNote’s aggregate liability relating to this Agreement is limited to the greater of fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, except where the law does not allow such a cap.

8. Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, subject to any mandatory rights in your home country. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, additional rights may apply under local law.

TL;DR — Be honest, be kind, don’t break the law, and don’t try to game the system. For detail, read the sections above and the community Rules.
